RETURN POLICY

• Returns must be authorized in advance by sending an email to info@blueemeraldalchemy.com. We'll then reply with a return authorization number.
• We will accept eligible returns within the stated number of days on each product page from the delivery of your order. If no days are stated on a product page, the number of days in which a product may be authorized for return is 30 days.
• Eligible returns may be partially used. If you send back to us less than 1/2 of the original volume of the product, we can't honor the return. As for the other products, too many people have used us that way for free products.
• We will refund your money in the same way you originally paid less shipping and handling charges.
• We will process refunds within one week of receiving an authorized return.
• We will pay for all shipping costs, charge no restocking fees, and accept all returned items when the return is a result of our error.
