F:M Reset
F:M Reset reaches through the "spheres," into the archetypal, and between yourself and the archetypes which are you on higher levels, we bring female:male balance to both them and, by extension, us.
In this regard, it's exceptionally powerful alchemy. But this might leave you with a couple of questions, such as: wait, aren't our higher selves beyond all this? No, they're not, and the reason for that is that WE'RE not beyond it.

As we constantly harp on about, there are multiple levels of our own being, each existing on a density level, or sub-density, and often multiple beings on a single density. On levels higher than 3D, we have what we might call the archetypal, which in fact exist in "realms" that are on the scale of the mythic.
Focusing closer to our 3D physical selves, we have beings within us that operate on 2D levels. The Huna system of psychology calls them unipihili. Freud called them the ID; they're generally referred to as the subconscious, but that's a vast oversimplification of a vast domain. For simplicity, let's call them Id. The Id operates in its own world, somewhat autonomously from you, doesn't have nearly the reasoning capacity, intelligence or perceptual range, and is affected by your emotions only in that they all feel amazing, good or bad from a 3D persepective. This is why they themselves can become addicted to abuse, or lethal addiction, or any number of motivations which push the 3D us to doing things that seem to go against our nature, make no sense, are simply bad decisions, or bring harm to us in any number of ways.
These are the entities that become ghosts, and just don't have the mental capacity to find their way out of their interminable dilemmas. They're not easy to deprogram and reprogram, or rewire, because their lack of reasoning capacity keeps them from being able to see the bigger picture, and in that respect are very habitual. They are in fact associated with our limbic system, which is where all patterning must be unraveled in order to author a new script. But that's exactly what all the alchemy, and everything else we do, is about. Everything the World Management Team does to program us actually starts with that entity. You are therefore clogged with every advertisement you've ever seen, heard or read - well, unless you've been using our alchemies.
So, to make an analogy: we have a 2D version of self which guides more of the decisions, trajectories, behaviors, etc., than we can possibly know, all from antiquated and no longer useful programming extant in the Earth system for thousands of years. By the same token, we are the 3D version of our own archetypes, and as such, have an affect on them which mechanically resembles the Id and Ego (conscious self) relationship and synergy of reciprocal influences.
In other words, and this is really important to understand, we have a 2D self which affects every aspect of our lives. As stated, it has limited reasoning and perceptual capacity, and is incapable of seeing your emotions as "good" or "bad," or depressing or uplifting. By the same token, we on 3D are the equivalent of our own Id to our archetypal selves, and from their perspective, we have limited reasoning and perceptual capacities. Our emotions affect them, their world, and in many ways trap them in the repetitions we continue to play out in this reality simulation. Our freedom is therefore their freedom. And the same is true for our Id. We free them, we become free. Most of the alchemy and efforts of TSB has been about that, but now it's become time to take an even bigger step beyond 3D and help ourselves out on the archetypal.
Our own archetypes "suffer" from problems of female:male polarities, imbalances, disunities, and so on. While we might think these "perfected" beings on higher levels couldn't possibly suffer from such mundane things, nothing could be further from the truth. That would be like saying, "Well, my liver suffers terribly, but my health is perfect." You are them, and they are you, and being in the Earth system automatically equates to an imbalance between female:male polarities, unless someone has done a huge amount of work to bring that cleansing and balancing within themselves.
All of these archetypes are embedded within stories, and this is the relationship of that idea to his-story (history), or her-story. The problem, if we can word it as such, is that the stories are just their own type of repetition. So, imagine being an archetype about whom 5% of all stories throughout history are repetitively told. Repetition is just one (a major one, at that) from which we all need to be free. So, F:M Reset is about healing all of that history instead of resetting it and doing it yet again. This brings about what we might call a marriage of divine gender principals, but that's an esoteric story that would take a book to cover.
